Best apps or getting your life more organized
30/30; MindMeister; Unstuck
30/30 offers a simple way to manage your time. You merely list the tasks you want to accomplish, prioritize them, and assign the amount of time you want to spend on each. The app lets you know when time’s up for each chore. (Free; iOS)
MindMeister is “a great visual tool” for helping you establish and complete all the steps needed to accomplish a goal. Type in a goal and the app encourages you to draw branches—“like a family tree”—that show the steps and how they relate to one another. You can add notes and Web links where needed. (Free; Android and iOS)
Unstuck helps you get to work when you’re not sure what to do first. The app probes you, “asking you what’s important, how the decision will affect you and others,” and more. It then recommends a step-by-step plan of action. (Free, iPad)
