Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax

(Universal, $35)

This recent adaptation of an eco-conscious Dr. Seuss tale is “an uneasy mix of cute and gloom,” said the Portland Oregonian. Johnny Guitar

(Olive, $25)

That this classic 1954 Western wasn’t previously available on disc “has been one of the market’s most grievous omissions,” said NewYorker.com. Finally, it’s arrived. Marley

(Magnolia, $27)

This ambitious documentary from the director of The Last King of Scotland “does what is probably the best possible job of documenting an important life,” said the Chicago Sun-Times. Reggae star Bob Marley was only 36 when he died, in 1981, and this “respectful” record of his rise shows why he remains a global figure.
