Golfer sues over alligator bite
An Ohio man is suing the Ocean Creek Golf Club in South Carolina, claiming the course’s design caused him not to see an alligator that ripped his arm off. The course has signs warning of the presence of native alligators, but James Wiencek says the “dark, brackish” water of a pond on the 11th hole makes it difficult to see “large, aggressive alligators” waiting for golfers chasing errant balls.

A 3-year-old Virginia girl has been suspended from preschool for peeing in her pants too often. Zoe Rosso’s mother, Betsy, says she was stunned when the preschool’s principal told her, “Zoe has had enough chances.” Rosso says “potty training is very, very individual,” and that for a 3-year-old, having accidents “is totally developmentally normal.”
