The Gems at Paradise resort in the Bahamas is offering 25 percent off four-night stays through June if you book by Nov. 27. With the discount, doubles at the resort start at $456 a night, with a flight from Nassau included.

2. Early bird Telluride
Colorado's Madeline Hotel is offering 20 percent off nightly rates plus free lift tickets for stays through mid-December. Two nights in early December start at $203 a night, including taxes and fees. Slopes open Nov. 23.
3. Escape to Iceland
