1. Angelina Jolie hangs out with her ex-husband in New York City

There's clearly something in the A-lister air. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck resurrected Bennifer, A-Rod hit the gym with his ex-wife, and Jennifer Garner reunited with her boo in May. But it's not just that tangled web of exes. Travis Scott is now calling Kylie Jenner his "wifey," and Angelina Jolie has been dropping by ex-husband Jonny Lee Miller's Brooklyn home, with and without her kids. "They only hung out for a short while at Jonny's apartment, but they seemed to get along well," a source told Page Six. So if you've been thinking about reaching out to your ex, it might not be a good idea, but it's definitely on-trend.

2. Gorilla Glue Girl launches her own hair line

Tessica Brown, the woman who went viral for saying she'd had Gorilla Glue on her scalp for more than a month after using it in place of hairspray, wants to tell you what to put on your head. This week, the former Gorilla Glue Girl announced that she's launching her own hair line, with the first product being an $18 hair-growth oil. "As y'all already know, about four months ago I ran out of hairspray and ended up using Gorilla Glue spray. Bad, bad idea," Brown said on Instagram. "As a result of that, I ended up losing my hair and having scalp damage. But since then I have been working with professionals to create and formulate a hair growth oil." Now that's making lemonade out of life's lemons.

3. Kim Kardashian to continue posting bikini pics while pursuing law career

Finally, there's an answer to the age-old question: Can a woman be more than one thing? Yes! *gasps* Kim Kardashian said so herself during the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion, airing Thursday night. Andy Cohen asked Kardashian if she plans to "pull back on presenting [herself] so suggestively or sexily" as she pursues a law career. "I thought about this. And then I thought, 'You can do it all. You can do whatever you want,'" Kardashian answered. She said it's "so freeing" to be able to "feel like, 'F--k it. I'm 40! I'm in the best shape of my life and I want to post a bikini [picture] if I want to.'" So get ready for more posts like this one.

4. Cody Simpson eyes 2024 Olympics after falling short of Tokyo spot

Cody Simpson wasn't just dipping his toe in the pool when he announced his pivot to competitive swimming. The singer raced the 100m butterfly at the Australian Olympic Trials Thursday, but fell short of the qualifying time. Even so, he accomplished two of his 2021 goals: to race in the Olympic Trial finals, and to hit 52 seconds (a personal record). "To make a final was our goal this year and with less than a year of training we did just that," he wrote on Instagram. "I've come so much further than I expected to this year and to be racing the best in the country already is a privilege." Simpson suggested he has his eyes on the 2024 Olympics in Paris, writing: "I'm so psyched to get back to training. See you in 3 years."

5. James Corden 'nearly killed the cast of Friends'

Remember how mad everyone got at James Corden for simply interviewing the Friends cast during their reunion? Well, it could have been worse: he could have killed them. Corden continued the Friends reunion mania with some new behind-the-scenes footage, driving the cast around in a golf cart on the studio lot and having them do some Carpool Karaoke. But things almost went off the rails after he pulled the cart up to their destination but apparently forgot to put it in park, sending the cast rolling backwards. An alarmed Corden quickly got it under control before joking, "Honestly, just nearly killed the cast of Friends," while Jennifer Aniston quipped, "I really did think we might perish."
