1. We should've all been more like Mandy Moore last night

Mandy Moore practiced self-care on Sunday night by leaving the abysmally bad 2021 Emmy Awards ceremony early to eat pizza naked in her pantry. Moore, who stars in the Emmy-nominated drama This Is Us, walked the red carpet earlier in the evening in a crimson, Audrey Hepburn-inspired gown while debuting "a new hairstyle … curtain bangs!" But she politely blamed her early exit from the ceremony not on the dreadfully bad skits but on "a 4:30 a.m. call time." On Instagram, the 37-year-old reported she was "home, naked in my pantry. Took the fake bangs out, eating pizza." Now all you've got to wonder is, why didn't you think of that first?

2. Amelia Hamlin preemptively apologized to her dad for wearing a naked dress to London's Fashion Week

Naked dresses are very much still on trend this season, so you can't really blame 20-year-old model Amelia Hamlin for keeping up with the times by wearing, well, basically nothing. At London's Fashion Week, Hamlin stepped out in a completely see-through metal mesh top by Natalia Fedner, with a matching skirt. "As for undergarments," Page Six points out for those who didn't notice, "the star skipped a bra and sported a tiny nude thong beneath her two-piece set." It's definitely a look, and Hamlin shared her apology with her dad, Harry, on Instagram Stories: "Sorry for my nipped dad it's fashion," she wrote in the family group text. While her dad hadn't texted back yet, Hamlin's mom Rinna didn't seem too terribly bothered. "I just saw lol," she replied. "It's fashionnnnnn."

3. Machine Gun Kelly bashes Slipknot for being old during one of his 'full moon mood swings'

Machine Gun Kelly and Slipknot played competing sets at Chicago's Riot Fest on Sunday night, so naturally MGK took it as an opportunity to start something. In a fan-shot video, Machine Gun Kelly can be heard telling the audience, "Hey, you want to know what I'm really happy that I'm not doing? Being 50 years old wearing a f--king weird mask on a f--king stage, talking s--t." (Arguably, though, he was doing all of that, aside from being 31 and not wearing a mask). Later, MGK also instructed his team to "turn the lights up. Let me see who chose to be here instead of with all the old weird dudes with masks." MGK admitted during his set to having "full moon mood swings," so he might consider buying himself a calming crystal next time before coming for literal legends of heavy metal.

4. Adele goes Instagram official with Rich Paul

There is a lot to digest in Adele's latest Instagram post. The singer stuns in a black and white gown and massive pearl earrings, worn to LA Laker Anthony Davis's wedding where she may or may not have upstaged the bride. Scroll to the third slide and you'll find a photobooth image of Adele and rumored beau, sports agent Rich Paul. Adele let the photos do the talking, captioning the post with a simple heart emoji. The important relationship step comes weeks after People reported the couple is "getting more serious," and Adele "seems very happy." After an Instagram post, Paul must be feeling her love.

5. Today in celebrity baby news...

Pregnancy announcements, births, and birthdays, oh my! The world of celebrity babies is growing. Princess Beatrice gave birth to a baby girl, the royal family announced. And in American royalty, Gayle King became a grandmother as daughter Kirby Bumpus welcomed a boy named Luca, while Kylie Jenner's belly is "getting big." Ewan McGregor won his first Emmy and gushed about his newborn son Laurie during his speech. Host Jeanie Mai announced she and husband Jeezy are expecting, and model Ashley Graham revealed she's having twins. Meanwhile, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik celebrated their daughter Khai's first birthday. Oh, and Lil Baby is mad because he spent $400,000 on a fake watch.
