Matthew Perry sorry for questioning why Keanu Reeves 'still walks among us'

Could Matthew Perry's new book be in any more need of an editor? The Friends star has apologized after suggesting in his memoir, multiple times, that Keanu Reeves shouldn't still be alive. According to Page Six, Perry asks in the book why "original thinkers like River Phoenix and Heath Ledger die, but Keanu Reeves still walks among us" and recalls lamenting Chris Farley's death by saying, "Keanu Reeves walks among us." Perry faced significant backlash when the quotes came out, and he has now apologized, saying in a statement to Deadline, "I'm actually a big fan of Keanu. I just chose a random name, my mistake. I apologize. I should have used my own name instead." Not that wishing death upon a random person in your memoir is ever a great idea, but if you're going to do it, maybe don't choose the one guy literally everyone likes? Perry will presumably revise the book to wish death upon puppies instead.

Former 'SNL' star Chris Redd got punched in the face 'by some random dude'

Kenan, what have you done? Former Saturday Night Live star Chris Redd was hospitalized on Wednesday night after being "slugged in the face by some random dude" outside the Comedy Cellar in New York, TMZ reports. Sources told the outlet a man wearing a security guard uniform ran up to Redd and punched him after the comedian got out of his car, but the suspect ran off before police could arrest him. Redd seemed to "have been targeted by two men who seemed to be waiting for him," and "there was blood everywhere," witnesses told Page Six. Redd is dating SNL star Kenan Thompson's estranged wife, though joking aside, these things surely aren't connected. There's "nothing to suggest that Thompson was personally involved" in the attack, Page Six wrote, while still saying the "comedy world was rife with speculation that the incident could be related to Redd's complicated love life." On an unrelated note, does anyone know where Will Smith was last night?

Kanye West reportedly wanted to name an album after Hitler

Okay, who recently uttered the phrase "the Kanye West antisemitism scandal can't possibly get more disturbing"? Because it appears you've jinxed it. Ye, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West, "has long been fascinated by Adolf Hitler," several people who were "once close" to him told CNN. "He would praise Hitler by saying how incredible it was that he was able to accumulate so much power and would talk about all the great things he and the Nazi Party achieved for the German people," a business executive who worked with Ye told the outlet, adding that he talked openly about reading Hitler's book Mein Kampf. Four sources also told CNN that the rapper originally wanted to call his 2018 album "Hitler" before it was named Ye. The report comes amid the continuing fallout from Ye's various antisemitic tirades, and he claimed Thursday on Instagram that as businesses cut ties with him, he "lost 2 billion dollars in one day." It all falls down, indeed.

Kourtney Kardashian 'blacked out' during Vegas wedding

What happened in Vegas? Don't ask Kourtney Kardashian. In the new episode of The Kardashians, Kardashian revealed she barely remembers her Las Vegas wedding ceremony with Travis Barker because she was blackout drunk. She and Barker had a Vegas wedding after the Grammys in April of this year, which was officiated by an Elvis impersonator and everything, though it wasn't actually official because they didn't get a marriage license. But when asked about what went down, Kardashian admitted, "I blacked out. I actually don't remember." She continued, "I didn't even remember Elvis sing[ing] to me walking down the aisle. I just didn't remember. I didn't remember I had a bouquet." They took a look at a video from the ceremony, though, in which Kardashian said you can hear her "slurring," and she "did so throw up" after. "I was a hot slob kabob," she added. The romance is overwhelming, right? Travis, you may now clean up the bride's vomit.

Joy Behar again says she's had sex with ghosts: 'It's true'

Spooky season is sexy season for Joy Behar. The co-host of The View is celebrating the final days before Halloween by claiming on multiple occasions she has had sex with ghosts. The first incident came last week, when the panel was discussing a story about a woman who claimed she was being haunted by "sexual" ghosts, which is apparently just an average Wednesday for Behar. "I've had sex with a few ghosts and never got pregnant," she casually tossed out there. It seemed like she was just dryly joking around, but the comment ended up making the news — so Behar has decided to double down and embrace her new identity as a ghost lover. "Let me just set the record straight, okay? It's all true," Behar declared on The View. "It's all true. I have had sex with ghosts. Casper was not a generous lover. The ménage à trois, it was almost like having sex with myself." It was a graveyard smash!
