The temporary injunction was issued in response to a suit filed by Liverpool's current owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett against RBS, the Liverpool board and New England Sports Ventures (NESV) group. Hicks claims the club is undervalued at £300m and the sale to NESV represents an "epic swindle". American injunction blocks Liverpool sale 'BRING BACK JONATHaN ROSS'Bloggers were calling for the return of Jonathan Ross after last night's appearance in his place of Claudia Winkleman as the new host of BBC TV's Film 2010. HIV SCARE CLOSES US PORN FILMSTwo of America's biggest porn production companies - Vivid Entertainment and Wicked Pictures - have closed their film sets temporarily after an unnamed actor's HIV test proved positive. The Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation must now contact all those the actor has had sex with on camera and quarantine them until they can be tested. 14 dead in attack on iran's Revolutionary guardsAn explosion at a base belonging to Iran's Revolutionary Guards has killed 18 people and injured 14. The blast hit an ammunition dump yesterday in Lorestan province in north-western Iran, a region which has suffered a number of attacks recently by Kurdish separatists. The Revolutionary Guards, an elite fighting force, are a powerful pillar in Iran's leadership heirarchy and control a huge business empire.
