1. BOMB SUSPECTS ARE CHECHEN BROTHERS

The two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings are believed to be brothers of Chechen origin. They have been named as Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, and Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19. Tamerlan died in hospital from gunshot wounds after a confrontation with police and his younger brother is believed to be still on the run in a district of Boston called Watertown.
