1. Michael B. Jordan pitched Warner Bros. on a Superman reboot

After experiencing some growing pains with movies like Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League, Warner Bros. needed a hero to swoop in and save their slate of superhero blockbusters. And look! Up on the marquee! It's Killmonger! It's Creed! It's Michael B. Jordan! The actor reportedly met with Warner Bros. earlier this year to pitch his own vision for a Superman reboot. There's no word on whether the studio was interested, and either way, Jordan's busy schedule means the film wouldn't be ready until 2023 at the earliest — so until then, filmgoers will just have to hope some other generous Hollywood studio will decide to release a superhero movie.

2. Dwayne Johnson and Danny DeVito crashed a wedding

Here comes the bride! And The Rock. And, uh, Danny DeVito. Jumanji: The Next Level costars Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and DeVito were drinking tequila on a break from filming the high-profile sequel in Mexico when they decided to crash a nearby wedding, because that's the kind of thing you decide to do when you're drinking tequila. Johnson surprised the newlyweds by entering singing Nat King Cole’s "Unforgettable" — but hopefully not at the part when the officiant asks if anybody has any objections to the union.

3. Sorry, no Baby Yoda toys before the holidays after all

The people have spoken, and they demand Baby Yoda. Unfortunately, Disney — somehow not comprehending that a super-cute baby version of one of the most beloved Star Wars characters ever would turn out to be popular — seems to have been caught unawares, with the company confirming that Baby Yoda toys and stuffed animals won't be ready in time for the holidays. If you're worried about disappointed kids on Christmas morning, never fear: You can always put a wrinkly regular Yoda doll under the tree and tell them Baby Yoda forgot to wear sunblock.

4. Justin Bieber is selling his Beverly Hills mansion

If you've always wanted to live in Justin Bieber's house, come on, make better life goals. But also: You're in luck! Bieber's $8.5 million Beverly Hills mansion will soon be on the market. The home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, because who doesn't want to pee in a different toilet every day of the week? A source adds that Bieber and wife Hailey are moving because they've decided they want something "more modest," so maybe only six bathrooms this time.

5. There’s another reboot of The Fugitive on the way

Get ready for a runaway hit! Warner Bros. is in the early stages of prepping a blockbuster reboot of The Fugitive, which is entirely different from the Kiefer Sutherland-starring reboot of The Fugitive that's already slated to debut on the streaming service Quibi. For those keeping track at home: That's a movie based on the movie based on the TV show, which is entirely separate from the TV show based on the movie based on the TV show. And they say Hollywood is running out of ideas.
