Pizza is a healthier breakfast option than cereal, according to a nutritionist. Chelsey Amer said: “You may be surprised to find out that an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories. However, pizza packs a much larger protein punch, which will keep you full and boost satiety throughout the morning.” He also pointed out that that a slice of pizza won’t give you the “quick sugar crash” of many cereals.
Obscene cinema voicemail goes viral on TikTok
A cinema employee in New Zealand went viral on TikTok with his attempt at leaving a voicemail recording. The unnamed worker at Movie Max Cinemas was trying to record a voicemail message for the cinema’s answering machine to notify customers of the cinema’s closure due to Covid rules. The man repeatedly swore as he struggled to get his words out after each take, saying “f*** me!” and “oh for f**** sake!” He then accidentally uploaded the failed attempts.

Man swallows Nokia 3310 phone
Another man had a bad day when he swallowed a Nokia 3310 phone. Doctors in Kosovo had to help the unidentified 33-year-old after the phone became lodged in his stomach, creating the risk that corrosive battery acid could have leaked out. Skender Teljaku, who led the medical team, shared photos on Facebook of the phone after it was removed, as well as X-ray and endoscope images while it was still inside.
