Man ‘stunned’ after accidentally buying 1,000 hens online

A man in New Zealand is desperately trying to re-home 1,000 hens he accidently bought in an online auction. Steve Morrow said thought he was bidding for only one bird but on winning the auction was told by the seller that he had in fact bought 1,000 of them. “Holy moly, I was stunned, I can tell you that,” said Morrow. He has begun to find homes for the birds.
