Meghan Markle, Love Island, Fleabag and Glastonbury were the biggest talking points on Tinder this year, according to research by the maker of the dating app. The top five terms used in bios on the app are: real, lit, cause/mission, stan and tea. The company also reported a 41% rise in the use of the facepalm emoji in bios.
Woman pulls gun after McDonald's mix up
An angry woman in Tennessee pointed a gun at fast food workers because they gave her ketchup instead of jelly. Asia Vester, 20, was arrested charged with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon after she overreacted to the mistake in the drive-thru line of a McDonald’s.

Wife builds garden pub to stop hubby sloping off
A wife has built a pub in the back garden after growing tired of her husband sneaking off for a pint. Jayne Tapper, from Newton Abbot in Devon, built the boozer to stop husband Paul from spending so much time in the local. She has even spent £650 on a space invader machine. She has named the pub The Doghouse Inn.
