An ultramarathon champion has been stripped of at least four titles after organisers discovered he had been cheating. Kelly Agnew, 45, was found to have hidden inside a portable toilet, before emerging to cross the start line and fraudulently claim to have completed a lap of the course several times.
Experts warn teens to stop eating detergent
Health experts in the US have issued warnings, after a number of teenagers posted videos of themselves taking part in a new online craze called the “Tide Pod Challenge” - which involves eating laundry detergent. Doctors say the new craze is dangerous because the detergent can cause serious, permanent damage, even if it is not swallowed.

Armed thief steals single bag of Cheetos
A robber has reportedly threatened staff at a Brooklyn deli with a gun before making off with a single bag of Cheetos. Staff say the thief became enraged when they refused to let him buy the snack with a counterfeit $50 note. The man said “I’ll blow your head off”, before grabbing the Cheetos and fleeing on foot.
