Japanese man arrested for licking woman’s hair

A Japanese man has been charged on suspicion of “applying saliva” to a woman whose hair he licked at a busy train station. Officials used security footage to track down a 23-year-old suspect after the woman complained. He reportedly admitted to the offence while being questioned by police.
Officers called to wild bingo brawl
Ontario police were called to a care home after a wild brawl broke out at a game of bingo. Witnesses say a fight began when a 79-year-old woman took a seat normally used by an 86-year-old, before the altercation got physical and other residents got involved. No charges were laid.

Man bites dog and FBI officer
A Virginia man is behind bars after he stripped naked, bit his own dog several times and then bit the neck of an off-duty FBI officer who was trying to subdue him. Police found 31-year-old Corey Phillips wandering through his neighbourhood without any clothes on. They suspect drugs may have been a factor in the incident.
