Waverley Care
Provides care and support to people living with HIV or hepatitis C
Waverley Care is the leading Scottish charity providing care and support to people living with HIV or hepatitis C. We offer a wide range of services to anyone affected by the conditions. We also work to raise awareness of how HIV and hepatitis C can be transmitted, and support people to get tested. To break down the stigma associated with the conditions, we promote education and lead public campaigns. The fear of telling people about an HIV diagnosis can stop individuals from getting on with their lives, and can often lead to loneliness and depression. At Waverley Care we support people to get back on their feet and live a healthy life. We get great results but we can¹t do this without the support of individuals and organisations.
