The best October Prime Day deals, according to experts
If you're into online shopping and are an Amazon Prime member, now is your chance to snag some items at a much lower price than usual; Wednesday marks the last day of the October Prime Early Access event, and shopping experts have curated some of the very best deals.
Looking for new gadgets? No problem. E-commerce experts at CNN Underscored have done "hands-on testing and extensive research" to prepare a list of "all of Amazon's big Apple deals" and highlight "the stuff that's actually worth buying." The AirPods Pro (second generation), which generally cost about $249, are on sale for $223, and come with a "MagSafe charging case, active noise canceling, Bluetooth capabilities," and more, per the Amazon listing. And if you prefer over-ear headphones, Apple AirPods Max are on sale for $479. Now that's a deal!
Further, USA Today's Reviewed editors say the October sale includes "hundreds of early Black Friday deals to shop." That means if you want to do your Christmas shopping early, now may be the best time to do it. Hoping to buy some houseware items for mom? Per Reviewed, you can save $50 on a Keurig K-Mini Coffee Maker, which normally lists for about $100. But if that's not quite what you're looking for, try the Nespresso VertuoPlus Machine for 25 percent off.
