The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating an explosion on Tuesday near the Colorado Springs chapter of the NAACP.

A homemade explosive device was set off outside a barbershop next door to the local NAACP office. Police told The Associated Press that there were "no injuries and only minor damage."

An FBI spokesperson told AP that it is still "too soon" to determine whether the civil rights group was the bomb's target. The FBI is looking for a man who may have been involved in the explosion.
