Deer goes after hunter who shot her with arrow
The hunter became the hunted on Friday when a deer attacked a Wisconsin man after he shot her with an arrow.
The doe was only wounded, and wasted no time in getting her revenge once the 72-year-old hunter went out to track her. "Apparently the man was going through some thick brush and the deer leaped out and went after him," Fond du Lac Sheriff's Officer Jeff Bonack told the Fond du Lac Reporter. "The doe struck him in the leg with her head."
The unidentified man was taken to an area hospital, and his condition is unknown. As for the deer, Bonack is "guessing [it] got away."
