Diplomats: Iran nuclear talks will be extended until July 2015

Western diplomats told The Associated Press that the deadline for a final Iran nuclear agreement will be extended until July 1, 2015.
The first round of negotiations ended in Vienna on Monday without a nuclear deal. Reuters reports that Iran and six world powers are expected to meet again next month. Monday was the deadline for a nuclear deal, agreed in July.
Details haven't been set for a second round of talks, but the negotiations could take place in Oman or Vienna, according to Reuters. AP notes that a "political accord" should be completed by March 1.

"Some progress has been made," an unnamed diplomat involved in the talks told Reuters. "But we need to discuss some issues with our capitals. We will meet again before the new year. This is an ongoing process."
