These gorgeous photos led to a teenager getting arrested for trespassing

A 17-year-old known for posting spectacular photos on Instagram from some of the highest spots in New York City has been charged with trespassing and reckless endangerment.
The teenager made it to the top of 432 Park Avenue, a luxury tower still under construction that is set to be 1,398 feet tall when it's finally finished; at that point, it will be the second-tallest building in New York City. Police told NBC New York that he was arrested after being brought in for questioning about photos on his Instagram feed that appeared to have been taken from the top of the building.
On Instagram, the teen calls himself demidism and says he is an "urban historian." His last post on Tuesday was of a black image, with the caption, "My phone is considered evidence until my case is closed (11/18), so please contact me some other way." Some of his other breathtaking shots can be seen below. --Catherine Garcia
