Casey Kasem was a voice actor in way more cartoons than you realized

Casey Kasem, who died Sunday morning, is being remembered as an iconic Top 40 radio host, but he was also the voice of several cartoon characters over the years, most notably Shaggy on Scooby-Doo. Over at People, they've compiled clips featuring Kasem as a voice actor, taking on such roles as Alexander Cabot II in Josie and the Pussycats, Robin in SuperFriends and other Batman cartoons, and Peter Cottontail in Here Comes Peter Cottontail. Kasem also portrayed numerous Transformers in the cartoon of the same name, and even voiced several characters on Sesame Street from 1971 to 1990. --Catherine Garcia
