Australia drops a frustratingly vague bombshell about finding Malaysia Flight 370 wreckage

On Thursday morning, Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott said that a satellite had found "two possible objects related to the search" for missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, and that Australian surveillance planes are on their way to locate and identify the objects. The objects, off Australia's west coast, will be hard to find and may not have anything to do with the flight, Abbott told Australia's parliament, but characterized the suspected aircraft wreckage as "new and credible information."
