The good news for House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio): his popularity has rebounded after slumping to an all-time low amid last year's government shutdown, according to a new Gallup poll.
The bad news for Boehner: even with that turnaround, only 32 percent of the country has a favorable impression of the Speaker, while half of Americans still don't like him.
The silver lining for Boehner: at least he's not as unpopular as Congress, which, according to one recent poll, Americans view less favorably than zombies and dog poop.
