The Idea Factory: A handheld muscle analyzer
A startup called Skulpt has developed a handheld product that can measure the composition of your body's muscles
A startup called Skulpt has developed a new handheld product, called Skulpt Aim, which can instantaneously measure the composition of individual muscles on your body. The device uses built-in electrodes to measure muscle quality, which Skulpt says is a measurement of "how powerful your muscle is compared to its size." Depending on your results, the bundled app — available for Android and iOS — can then "recommend specific exercises that will better your unique body's condition."
