African newspapers apologize for reprinting latest Charlie Hebdo cover

After backlash from Islamic communities, two newspapers in Kenya and South Africa have apologized for reprinting Charlie Hebdo's new cover, which depicts the prophet Muhammad.
Kenya's The Star and South Africa's The Citizen both issued apologies about the controversial new cover, which offended Muslim readers. BBC News reports that Kenya's media regulator accused The Star of "breaching decency."
The Citizen, meanwhile, issued a statement saying their publication of the image was an "oversight," and they didn't intend to offend anyone.
