Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) is reportedly working toward launching a presidential campaign. He's asking his top advisers to prepare for a campaign and planning trips to early-voting states, ABC News reports. He also brought on Republican fundraiser Anna Rogers to work for his PAC. Should Rubio run, she'd become his campaign's finance director.

"He has told us to proceed as if he is running for president," a senior Rubio advisor told ABC.
