Jeb Bush inched closer to a White House bid Tuesday, announcing that he would form a PAC next year "that will help me facilitate conversations with citizens across America to discuss the most critical challenges facing our exceptional nation."

In a Facebook post, Bush said he had spoken with his family and decided to "actively explore the possibility of running for President."
