Millennials are more likely to see vaccines as parents' choice

A new poll from the Pew Research Center suggests that young people are more likely to believe vaccines should be a parental choice, not a requirement.

The survey found that 68 percent of American adults believe vaccines should be mandatory, and 30 percent believe it should be the parents' decision. But among people aged 18 to 29, 41 percent of survey respondents said vaccination decisions should be left to parents.
