Ruth Bader Ginsburg admits she 'wasn't 100 percent sober' at the State of the Union
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg infamously nodded off during President Obama's State of the Union address. Now, we may have a clue as to why.
"We sit there, stone-faced, the sober judges, but we're not — at least I wasn't — 100 percent sober," Ginsburg said at a panel discussion on Thursday. She explains that the justices ate dinner together before the State of the Union address, and "the dinner was so delicious, it needed wine to accompany it."
