A blizzard warning went into effect Saturday and will stretch into Monday, with Boston expected to see a foot of snow and close to two feet projected for other parts of Massachusetts and Maine. Charlie Baker (R) warned that snowfall had already "significantly exceeded" expectations, and he urged everyone to stay off the roads until the worst of the storm is over.
