Another blizzard ravages New England

Already beset by record snow accumulation this month, New England on Sunday braced itself as another massive storm moved across the region.
A blizzard warning went into effect Saturday and will stretch into Monday, with Boston expected to see a foot of snow and close to two feet projected for other parts of Massachusetts and Maine. At a Sunday morning news conference, Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker (R) warned that snowfall had already "significantly exceeded" expectations, and he urged everyone to stay off the roads until the worst of the storm is over.
Elsewhere in the Northeast this weekend, snow, freezing cold, and strong winds knocked out power in Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia, and grounded more than 1,000 flights along the coast.
