Kerry: Russia's 'land-grabbing' in Ukraine may require 'additional sanctions, additional efforts'

Secretary of State John Kerry spoke less than optimistically on Saturday about Ukraine's most recent, week-old ceasefire, The Associated Press reports.

After meeting with British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond, Kerry said that Russia's continued aggressions in Ukraine amount to "land-grabbing," and that pro-Russian rebels are continuing to build up military equipment in the strategic port of Mariupol.
