Battered by security failures and scandal, Secret Service Director Joseph Clancy is asking Congress for $8 million to build a detailed replica of the White House to train agents. "Right now, we train on a parking lot," Clancy told lawmakers. "We don't have the bushes, we don't have the foundations, we don't get a realistic look at the White House."
