Hillary Clinton is on the road, making her way to Iowa just hours after announcing her presidential bid Sunday afternoon.
Clinton does not have any planned public stops until Tuesday, a campaign aide told MSNBC. On Tuesday, she is scheduled to meet with educators and students at a community college outside of Des Moines, and on Wednesday will travel to the northeastern part of the state for a roundtable on business. Aides say it was her idea to drive to Iowa, as it will make it easier for her to meet informally with voters, and she already chatted with potential supporters on Sunday during a stop for gas in Pennsylvania.
