Yes, it'd be great to have a brick pizza oven constructed on your back porch or patio, but the Kalamazoo Artisan Fire Outdoor Pizza Oven and Pizza Station ($15,090) "replicates the results of a wood-burning rig in a much smaller footprint," says a Wall Street Journal editorial. The oven burns natural gas or liquid propane. Still, it can reach temperatures of up to 800 degrees, and the pizza station's granite work surface is perfect for rolling dough. Pizza tools are included, and though the wait time on each hand-welded station runs up to seven weeks, "if you're ready to invest the time and money, you'll surely be the most popular host of the season."
