Suspected Charleston shooter Dylann Roof may have posted a racist manifesto online, two Twitter users discovered Saturday. The website, which has a graphic image on its homepage, was reportedly registered by Roof, charged with nine counts of murder in a Wednesday night shooting at a historically black church.
The site also has a .zip file of images with Roof apparently holding a handgun and burning a U.S. flag.
