Court records released Wednesday reveal that Bill Cosby was ordered by a Los Angeles judge to give a deposition in the lawsuit alleging he sexually abused Judy Huth at the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was 15 years old. On October 9, Cosby will answer questions under oath from Huth's lawyer; Huth will be questioned by Cosby's attorney on October 15.

Cosby's lawyers were pushing for Huth to be questioned before him, but the judge sided with Huth. Huth is one of dozens of women who have accused the legendary entertainer of sexual assault, and her lawsuit against him is one of several stemming from similar accusations. Reuters notes that this is the first time Cosby has been ordered to testify in response to a sexual misconduct lawsuit since a case nine years ago that was settled out of court.
