Does that even surprise you? In a blockbuster cover story for the September issue of Vanity Fair, made available online today, Taylor Swift revealed that in addition to making excellent breakfasts — "I absolutely slay at omelets," she says — she provides the members of her massive girl squad with "white Victorian nighties" purchased in Nashville for their sleepovers. That penchant for low-key hangouts is probably why, as writer Josh Duboff points out, Swift's clique is seldom seen "shuffling out of clubs at 3 a.m. or finding themselves on TMZ for nefarious reasons."

Other evidence of Swift's undying devotion to innocence? "I can never tell when I have food on my face... or when someone's high," Swift says. "That's why I can't go to Coachella or Glastonbury." She insists, however, that the public's assumption that she "never has a drink and goes to church five times a week" is false.
Of course, Swift can make headlines for doing practically anything, though most famously for her tiff with Kanye West, her public letter to Apple earlier this year, her rumored feud with Katy Perry, and her Instagram-official relationship with Scottish DJ Calvin Harris — all of which she discussed with Duboff. Read the whole sprawling profile over at Vanity Fair.
