Trump's tax plan for low-income earners features a one-page IRS form that says, 'I win'

Donald Trump's plan to simplify the tax code also includes the simplification of IRS paperwork. In the section of Trump's tax plan outlining his proposal for lower-income Americans to pay 0 percent income tax, Trump noted that those who fall in this category would also only have a one-page form to send to the IRS:
Americans who earn less than $25,000 annually or couples that make less than $50,000 combined would not have to pay federal income tax as part of Trump's efforts to "provide major tax relief." Trump's plan also includes the reduction of the corporate tax rate, lower taxes for the highest earners, and the elimination of certain loopholes and deductions for upper-and middle-income tax brackets.
