Only in America: DMV computer can't tell twin sisters apart

Going to the DMV can be a frustrating experience

Twin sisters in Georgia were denied their learners permits last week when the Department of Motor Vehicles' computer identified them as the same person. After Alicia and Alicen Kennedy, 15, had their pictures taken, the DMV's facial recognition software tagged the photos as fraudulent. "We don't look exactly alike." Alicia said. "But it can't tell us apart." The DMV pledged to investigate.
