How filthy is Will Forte's beard? Jimmy Fallon found out, with help from Jon Hamm and Rachel Dratch

Will Forte grew a big old bushy beard for his show Last Man on Earth — or at least that's the reason he gives — but he told Jimmy Fallon on Thursday's Tonight Show that he's having trouble sleeping after reading articles about how filthy beards are. His biggest concern, Forte told Fallon, was that he had fecal matter in his beard. "If you find out you have poop in your beard, that becomes the headliner," he said. All his successes on TV and film would go by the wayside, and the first thing everyone would think when they saw him, as Fallon summarized, would be: "Look who it is, it's poop-beard."
So The Tonight Show sent Forte to get his beard tested by Dr. Sunny Ray, a microbiologist at UCLA, and Fallon read the results on Thursday's show. Forte brought out Jon Hamm and Rachel Dratch to get him through the trauma of waiting to find out if he does, indeed, have fecal matter in his beard. And they must be pretty good friends, because they didn't pull away from Forte as Fallon read off the disgusting things he has living in his facial hair. But poop? Watch below. Peter Weber
