Rand Paul tweets his New Year's resolutions — plus gets in some digs against Cruz, Rubio, and Trump
Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) enjoys spending his holidays — both real and made up — on Twitter. In December, he celebrated Festivus by airing his grievances online, and for New Year's Day, the Republican presidential candidate decided to tweet out a few of his resolutions.
