Boston Globe reporters personally delivered the Sunday paper to subscribers

When The Boston Globe switched to a new delivery system Monday, subscribers missing their newspapers weren't happy. Neither were reporters, who had trouble making phone calls as readers overwhelmed the office system with complaints.

On Saturday, dozens of reporters and editors volunteered to take matters into their own hands for the most important delivery of the week — the Sunday paper.
