Former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld called the 2016 presidential election "amazing" and quite different from the other cycles he has seen in an interview Monday with Today. "I see someone who has touched a nerve in our country," Rumsfeld said. "He's caused people to respond in a way that most politicians have not been able to do."
