A Texas middle schooler was suspended for helping a classmate as she suffered a severe asthma attack. Anthony Ruelas was told by his teacher to remain in his seat until the nurse responded, but when the girl fell to the floor, gasping for breath, he carried her to the nurse's office. He was then suspended for disobeying the teacher. "I'm suspended for this?" said Ruelas, 15. "I was trying to help her."
