Bombings across Damascus and Homs, Syria, on Sunday killed close to 130 people.
The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the car bombs that ripped through several neighborhoods. On Sunday, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry announced he reached a "provisional agreement" with Russia on the terms of a ceasefire in Syria. Over the weekend, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said his government is "definitely" ready to negotiate a truce, CBS News reports.
