Donald Trump had no mercy for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) Tuesday as he repeatedly slammed his fellow Republican presidential contender on Twitter for his recent decision to fire his director of communication. Within the span of less than 45 minutes, the real estate mogul hit Cruz on everything from his loyalty and his honesty to his standing with evangelicals:
Cruz asked his communication director, Rick Tyler, to resign on Monday after he posted an inaccurate video of Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) appearing to disparage the Bible. Cruz said he told Tyler to resign because his campaign upholds the "very highest standards of integrity."
