Sen. Ted Cruz will win his home state of Texas, several outlets are projecting. With 32 percent of precincts reporting, Cruz has 39 percent of the vote, followed by Trump with 28 percent, Marco Rubio with 20 percent, Ben Carson with 5 percent, and John Kasich with 4 percent.
