Marco Rubio is losing to Ben Carson, who is not running, in Mississippi

Marco Rubio faced a complete collapse in Mississippi, where at 8:40 pm EST, with less than 1 percent of precincts reporting, he was actually losing to someone who wasn't even in the presidential race. Ben Carson dropped out last Friday but was showing up with 2 percent of the votes in Mississippi; Rubio was at one point reporting even less than that.
