Obama will reportedly announce his Supreme Court nominee as early as Wednesday

President Obama will likely announce as early as Wednesday that he is picking either Judge Sri Srinivasan or Judge Merrick Garland as his choice for a Supreme Court nominee, a source told Reuters.

The source said the advisers tasked with vetting the candidates, gathering their public supporters, and answering any questions from Obama finished their work as of Tuesday.
